How long does it take to deliver once I order?
Once an order has been placed, the item will be picked from the warehouse, tested and will be shipped within 24 working hours. Once the item has been shipped, an email will be sent out with a tracking number to the registered email address.
What are the return policies?
All items can be returned within 7 days of getting the products delivered. Return is applicable only if the product is in the original condition along with the packaging and tags (if any). To understand more about our return policies, click here.
Do you offer COD/Cash on Delivery?
We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery due to high rise of fake orders. Cash on delivery is enabled automatically for customers who have purchased products atleast once from our website. You can contact cod@nitrorc.shop if you are an existing customer.
What are Nitro Points?
Nitro Points is a reward system where you earn points for every purchase. For every ₹1,000 you purchase from the website, you earn 100 Nitro Points which can later be redeemed as discounts. 10 Nitro Points = ₹5. You can view your Nitro Points by logging into your account and at the checkout page.
